(Mom's turn)
I think this is the first Memorial Day that we stayed home. My parents flew in from Italy to be with us and enjoy some of the drier weather. It was so nice to have them here and spend some time together and reconnect. Unfortunately I was too under the weather to make it to the cemetery and therefore I was very grateful that James' mom and sister Mary and her sweet girls were able to bring some flowers to our baby girl.
Penso che questa sia stata la prima volta che siamo rimasti a casa per il Giorno dei Morti. I miei genitori sono venuti dall'Italia per stare con noi e godersi un po` l'aria piu` secca di quella che c'e` a casa loro. Sono stata super contenta che siano stati con noi in rilassamento totale. Purtroppo non mi sono sentita abbastanza bene da andare al cimitero, per cio` sono grata alla mamma di James e alla sorella Mary che con le mie due nipoti hanno portato dei fiori alla nostra Vittoria.
