Vittoria's Birthday- Compleanno di Vittoria

Today would have been Vittoria's 11th birthday. I wonder sometimes what she would be like now, most likely taller than me ( it doesn't take much), what kind of hobbies she would pursue, would she still like the same food of 3 years ago, and would Taylor Swift still be her idol, what classes she would love...and would the color purple still be her favorite color? I'd like to answer YES to the last question! :)
Oggi Vittoria avrebbe compiuto 11 anni. Mi chiedo a volte come sarebbe adesso, molto probabilmente piu` alta di me (e non ci vuole molto), che tipo di hobby la interesserebbero, se le piacerebbe mangiare lo stesso tipo di cose di 3 anni fa, se Taylor Swift sarebbe ancora il suo idolo, che materie preferirebbe a scuola...e il viola sarebbe ancora il suo colore preferito?  Vorrei rispondere di SI` all'ultima domanda! :)

We met with James' family and Peggy and her mom at the cemetery. Of course nothing but fresh beautiful flowers for our sweetheart and  purple, lavender and pink balloons, that we released in the sky at 5:46 pm, when our baby girl was born.
Ci siamo ritrovati con la famiglia di James e Peggy e sua madre al cimitero. Solo il meglio per il nostro tesoro, fiori freschi e colorati e tanti palloncini viola, rosa e color lavanda, che abbiamo poi rilasciato alle 17:46, ora di nascita della nostra bimba.

A few days before Vittoria's birthday, my sister-in-law Tori came up with a really sweet a special way to remember and honor our daughter. She gathered memories and stories of Vittoria from many friends and relatives and after realeasing the balloons in the sky, we sat and read them by Vittoria's grave. We cried and laughed and it was just so touching to hear what people remember about her, so THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU FOR GIVING US YOUR MEMORIES and to let us share them with others.
Qualche giorno prima del compleanno di Vittoria, mia cognata Tori ha ideato un modo molto speciale e toccante per ricordare e onorare nostra figlia. Ha raccolto da amici e parenti i loro ricordi di Vittoria e i vari anedotti in cui era protagonista. Cosi`, dopo aver lanciato i palloncini, abbiamo incominciato a leggerli. Abbiamo pianto, abbiamo riso e ed era molto commovente sentire cosa le persone si ricordano di lei, GRAZIE A TUTTI VOI PER AVERCI DATO I VOSTRI RICORDI e averci permesso di condividerli con tutti.
